Free Returns & Return Shipping
If a return is approved in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy, Eride Machines covers the return shipping costs. Our team will provide clear instructions to ensure the engine is returned safely and efficiently.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
In the unlikely event that an engine arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement or return shipping at no cost to you.
