 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by contacting our support team at contact@eridemachines.com.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or modified products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or special-order vehicles

 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
