At Eride Machines, we are committed to providing brand-new, high-quality car and truck engines. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns or refunds may be requested. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order.

Important: Eride Machines sells brand-new engines only. We do not accept returns on engines that have been installed, used, modified, or tampered with.

Eligibility for Returns

A return request may be considered only if the engine meets all of the following conditions:

  • The engine is brand new, unused, and uninstalled
  • The engine is returned in its original packaging
  • The return request is submitted within the approved return window
  • No damage, alteration, or installation attempt has occurred

Non-Returnable Items

The following situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Engines that have been installed or partially installed
  • Engines damaged due to improper handling or installation
  • Engines modified or altered in any way
  • Orders placed with incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before the engine has been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact our support team immediately after placing your order.

Refund Process

If a return is approved after inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Shipping & Inspection

Returned engines must be shipped securely and insured. Upon receipt, the engine will be inspected to confirm it remains unused and in original condition. Refunds will not be issued until inspection is completed and approved.

Warranty Claims

Issues related to engine performance after installation are handled through our two-year warranty, not through returns or refunds. Warranty claims are subject to the terms outlined in our Warranty Policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If an engine arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our part, please notify Eride Machines within 48 hours of delivery. Documentation and photos may be required to resolve the issue.
